The TLS850F3TUV33 is perfect for automotive or battery-connected supply systems, with a 3V to 42V input range and a low 26µA quiescent current. It offers ±2% output voltage accuracy, 500mA max current, fast regulation, and stability. Additionally, it includes a Reset function, an integrated Watchdog circuit, and internal protection features for added reliability.
